–After working for more than FIVE years! Peace and Freedom Organization launches a youth initiative that adopts 2250 (Youth, Peace and Security) in IRAQ. On August 12, 2021, on the occasion of the International Youth Day, a group of ambitious Iraqi young people from all the Iraq included different religions and components were more than 40 young men and women (50% Males – 50% Females) and supportive local and international organizations attended the conference. The Italian Youth, Peace and Security Network and the MENA Coalition on YPS have expressed their support by being an advisory members within the network in order to exchange experiences and mobilize opinions towards drawing a road map for 2250 agenda not only for Iraq but the Arab region. Where the conference focused on presenting the importance of working on the youth, peace and security agenda NOW! And by the end of day we came with the following outputs:1. Election of network coordinators in 18 Iraqi governorates (one coordinator in each governorate).2. Electing the network president and vice president.3. Approving the Networks internal Bylaw, structure.4. Approving the objectives of the National Action Plan (NAP) that IRAQ may consider.—————————بعد العمل لأكثر من خمس سنوات! منظمة السلام والحرية تطلق مبادرة شبابية تتبنى 2250 (الشباب والسلام والأمن) في العراق.في 12 أغسطس 2021، وبمناسبة اليوم العالمي للشباب، نضم مجموعة من الشباب العراقي الطموح من جميع أنحاء العراق ديانات ومكونات مختلفة مؤتمرا في أربيل، حيث حضر أكثر من 40 شابا وشابة (50٪ ذكور – 50٪ إناث) ومنظمات محلية ودولية داعمة حضرت المؤتمر.وقد أعربت شبكة الشباب والسلام والأمن الإيطالية وتحالف الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا حول YPS عن دعمهما من خلال الرغبة بأن يكونوا عضوين استشاريين في الشبكة من أجل تبادل الخبرات وحشد الآراء نحو رسم خارطة طريق 2250 ليس فقط للعراق ولكن للمنطقة العربية.حيث ركز المؤتمر على تقديم أهمية العمل على الشباب والسلام والأمن الآن! وبحلول نهاية مؤتمر اطلاق الشبكة جئنا بالنتائج التالية:1. انتخاب منسقي شبكات في 18 محافظة عراقية (منسق واحد في كل محافظة).2. انتخاب رئيس الشبكة ونائب الرئيس.3. الموافقة على النظام الداخلي للشبكة، الهيكلة.4. الموافقة على أهداف الخطة الوطنية التي قد ينظر فيها العراق.
